Irrigated by the Susquehanna River, the Town of Coventry has been known in the social aspect, for being a very religious community. The land is identified as an excellent grazing region. The first settlers came for New England and baptized this town after State of Connecticut. Simon Jones, Moses Allis and Eliah Warren were a few of those brave men and women, who built the Coventry Town.
