With a population of nearly 60,000, the Town of Clay is Syracuse's largest suburb. The Seneca River forms its western boundary, meeting with the Oswego and Oneida rivers at a point known as Three Rivers. Clay is home to the Great Northern Mall, located on a busy retail strip along Route 31. Clay is also close to Syracuse Hancock International Airport. Routes 31 and I-481 are the big source of volume for Clay Town Court, perhaps along with the mall.
