Spafford is a very small town in the southwest corner of Onondaga County. As of the 2000 Census, the town had a total population of under 2000. Part of the town lies between two of the Finger Lakes, Skaneateles Lake and Otisco Lake. Route 174 runs through the heart of Spafford.

Court is held at the Town Hall on the first and third Mondays of each month at 6:00pm.
