Tully is a small, mostly farming town on the southern border of Onondaga County with about 3,000 inhabitants. The village of Tully is located within the town, just 18 miles south of the city of Syracuse. Interstate 81 passes directly through the center of the town, so the Court gets a lot of activity from this highway.
